It was really a smooth process plus far better than other bigger brand who charge unnecessary amount in sake of insurance. We took a 5 door small car and trust me the car was really smooth in the whole journey and till date I would say the most streamline process of delivery and return. I would still say people coming from airport take a bus and rent a car from here, they are the best in Edinburgh.

Excellent customer service and Fantastic price.I first got in touch with Practical via Instagram after finding their page, then rang up to arrange the van hire, we then decided we needed it a day earlier than we organised and this wasn't a problem to arrange. I needed an automatic Van and managed to get the Medium Wheel Base Auto Transit, the van is lovely, fresh and clean inside and out. Everything went as expected and I'll definitely use Practical again.

Everything went smoothly, we rented a car for three days for a trip to Fort William, it was comfy, practically new and much cheaper than other brands. Highly recommend!

We organised the hire of a car from Australia before we left for our overseas trip. We were operating in the dark" so were really pleased with our choice. It was a good price. We had a very comfortable Citroen that enabled us to easily tour around beautiful Fife - a good size especially as some of the roads are quite narrow. Great colour too so it was easy to find it!David was super friendly and helpful. He explained the details and attributes of the car so I felt quite confident in an unknown car. His communication with us during our time in Scotland was excellent.Re and Michael."

great and smooth experience. We rented a car there for a 3 day try to the Isle of Skye and could not be more great full for the overall ease of service from the pickup to drop off. Highly recommend to opt for this company instead of commonly used Arnold cars in Scotland
