A bright store that is exceptionally laid out.... with a recent refurb for the kitchen/bathroom area. The garden section has a wide range of products and staff are reasonably knowledgeable. With Van Parking spaces outside and wide till areas this is particularly well suited for trade as well as non-trade customers.A great DIY store....

Great products at competitive prices and a well organised store layout. Overall the cheaper of the other competitors in my opinion. Staff seem more attentive than in past years I've been shopping there, so improved from last review.

Called this morning to check if stock shown on their website is accurate, to be told that the product is actually for their own team and has just not been written off. Checking availability of product later on that day, it was still showing, just a lower quantity available, so my husband called and ask if the website stock level is accurate, to be told that the last bags were sold just a few minutes ago. Really poor customer service

I was assigned a Contract Manager to oversea refurbishment of my apartment, he was totally useless and very rude, and talked of with contempt by tradesmen employed for the work. “Don’t expect anything from him”. Last week I needed help from Plumber as bathroom/kitchen drains were very slow to empty, and clearly in need of unblocking. The Plumber was nothing short of astounded to see the drainage pipes were a total mess and because of the configuration, draining water was expected to flow upwards.Would not employ Wicks under ANY circumstances, steer well clear.
