Excellent place, normally order online and have it delivered because I'm lazy like that but I was driving nearby and decided to drop in.The shop is easy to spot, has a large gas station just across the street and is right next to a pub! Score!Parking can be a little touch and go but is generally fine.The shop is well maintained, extremely clean and bright.The staff are super friendly and took the order promptly and were not afraid to have a little chat whilst I waited, which was a nice experience.Food was done quickly and it wasn't long before I was back out the door with my food and heading home.Was a little bit dumbstruck to see a customer try to order sea food from a fried chicken shop...Food was perfectly cooked and oh-so-scrupulous. Yum yum.I would love for Miss Millies to offer boneless fried chicken with melted cheese on top, I would probably end up buying shares if they did this.

Used to work there more than 10 years back. I loved the food and since Mike, who took over the place is a very good manager and a kind person I'm sure their chicken and customer service are better than ever:)

Your food is great, however, please stop cancelling just eat orders. I wouldn’t mind if you cancelled the order 10 minutes after ordering but you seem to wait until the scheduled delivery time and THEN cancel the order. This is extremely frustrating and has happened on more than one occasion. I shan’t be ordering for delivery again as being cancelled on last minute has left me and my family disappointed.

Great front of house staff. Very polite and friendly towards the customers she served. Not to mention the food is absolutely amazing. Sorry KFC I know where I'll be getting my food from now. Great value for money. Will be back in the near future.

I hadn’t had a miss Millie’s for a few years because it went down hill a bit but decided to give it one last go out of convenience, and I’m glad I did because it was like the Miss Millie’s of yesteryear. The chips were far better than KFC, freshly cooked which obviously helps, the chicken was nice and moist and the skin was ooh la la. The wings were ok.Also the Welsh lady serving was lovely, great customer service, Miss Millie’s has won me back for my fried chicken cravings!

I have been going here for years, best fried chicken in Bristol, with wonderful staff and they're open late! What's not to love?Lisa, Chris, Mike and Bryony are all wonderful people and always get my order spot on, despite me ordering quite a lot of food

I love Miss Millies but I will not be ordering from this particular location again.Our takeaway turned up minus a couple of items, so naturally I rang to restaurant. The woman I spoke to clearly thought I was trying to get one over on them. So when the missing food arrived 45 minutes later I was concerned about the possibility of it having been tampered with, and it turned out my concerns were warranted. A dirty great hair!There are plenty of other Miss Millies in the area, do yourself a favour and call one of them.
