So much better than the high street chain experience. The friendly and highly capable staff here have been carrying for my family's eyesight for the past few years and, I don't foresee anything that would get me to change that.(That really wasn't meant as a pun.)

I first met the ladies at Livertons when I had to visit as an emergency patient. They immediately made me feel at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. I have been back since on many occasions including a routine eye exam and have been tempted to more than one pair of their fabulous frames! They are always so professional, welcoming and happy to help. I would highly recommend a visit for all your optical needs. A very happy customer!

I originally went to Liverton to have a Lindbergh frame re-lensed with a new prescription from a high street chain. Natalie and Catherine were suspicious about my new prescription and after retesting, corrected a significant error. I have been wearing glasses all my life and Liverton are by far the best opticians I have ever visited.

Catherine and her staff are extremely helpful, thorough, friendly and professional. You’re made to feel welcome there. Certainly the best opticians I’ve used. Can’t see my self using any other opticians (pun intended) Highly recommended for anyone.

I was due an eye test, used to work in cardiff, so needed somewhere nearer home, so I decided on Livertons after looking at their reviews.I was not disappointed. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, got what I needed and more importantly what I wanted. Will be staying with them for the foreseeable future.

The service that I have received at each stage is second to none. From eye test to the fast turn around, I genuinely cannot thank you enough. After looking through your wide selection, you accommodated me with patience and professionalism. I had a strong stigmatism and I wanted thin lenses to fit a specific style of glasses. You communicated with me at all times and made sure I was happy. Nat in particular thank you.

Had been recommended them by a family member. After two failed attempts to be seen by someone at Specsavers for dry eyes, I went here. I was quickly scheduled to be seen the next day when I called (I was expecting to be seen in a week or two). The place is lovely, and the optometrist (Catherine I believe - my apologies if I'm wrong) was very friendly and thorough. She was able to prescribe me medication (when I'd been told by specsavers this was something they couldn't do) and to top it all off it was free! The medication and the visit. Honestly didn't expect that at all. Thank you for your help today and I will be back :)
