They deciding to load up them big truck first...instead of loading up myself (,only 1 jumbo of sand that would take only 2 minutes).So I had to wait 30 min just for collection of 1 bag of sandVery disappointed

Having used the company on a few occasions always found them to be helpfull not this time they were rude agresive and just plain Can't be bothered to help spend your money some were else You have been around along time with this type of customer service not much long by the this Balham branch

I have previously had a good experience with Fulham Timber, but my latest experience has been dreadful: order didn't show up on the delivery day, and despite having left 6 messages on the customer help line, and sending emails and messages through the website, I haven't had a single reply. Really very poor which is a shame. If I don't hear back, I'll have to ask for a refund and use Acre Lane Timber instead.

Terrible customer service. Seemed to be more interested in the computer than the customer. No eye contact and was so blunt with the answers to my questions that it was just plain rude. No hello, no goodbye. Complete lack of manners. Will never step foot in this shop again. Disgusting behaviour.

I found the polish assistant very very rude made some polite inquiries and his whole mannerisms extremely unhelpful. Had to take my enquiries to another assistant who was the complete opposite. Would not recommend. AVOID

Says that closes at 17:30. Factually closed at 16:50 when I arrived there. Wasted time!
