Outstanding, personal service from the start. Alex is a great guy, with excellent knowledge. Alex was really passionate about getting my '92 Kona Cinder Cone purring again and offered a superior custom service to source and replace the parts required. Overall, an amazing customer experience. I've been coming to Alex with all my bikes for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the maintenance on my mechanical shifting bikes. From building custom bespoke bikes from components upwards to routine servicing he's great. Plus he's got some nice build's for sale too. Check it out!

South Manchester is fairly well served in terms of decent bike shops, but Alex offers so much more. First and foremost, Alex is incredibly friendly and easy-going, and this is complimented by a blend of knowledge of and passion for bikes that he is keen to pass on in the most straight-forward and honest of ways.In terms of value for money, Alex stuck to his original (free) quote, despite the job turning into a bit of an odyssey

Outstanding service, I took my 1956 custom Viking fixed gear to Alex because the seat post has snapped in half. Alex managed to save the frame, and then pretty much rebuilt the whole bike to a higher standard than it has ever been. It's probably my favourite thing to be honest, and Alex really looked after it. He is always going to be my first recommendation if anyone asks.

Recently had Alex give my bike a custom service. I know quite a bit about bikes but just did not have the time to do it myself; it would have taken me at least 3 times as long. Alex was open and honest about everything, advised parts which were not worth replacing (the value of the bike isnt huge), undertook all the work quickly and kept me up to date regularly via text. Picked the bike up and the difference is massive. Very pleased. Will drop my bikes off for future work.Also love the older bikes for sale, I just wish I had more room for one :(

Alex was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with (mainly via text). My B-Twin bike is immaculately clean and runs more smoothly than it ever has before after servicing, which cost £165 for labour and parts.

Alex is the go to for whenever the bikes not playing ball. His services are diligent and well priced. He's also great at communicating when it comes to costs and the works completed. He takes my stingy-ness in his stride and will use parts that are not only affordable but appropriate and long lasting, even with pressure from me to use the finest cheapest option.He also has some superb vintage bikes for sale.

Don't go elsewhere just because of the name. This is really good place to get your two wheeled buddy fixed.Mr Alexander is Great knowledgable dude! Helped me a lot with some bike repair and his advice. I will be definitely coming back when I need some bike stuff.Update - I went here a couple of days ago for some small repair but Alex again took a fantastic care of my bike which is now FLYING LIKE AN ARROW.Honestly deserved 5 star rating!
