Please don’t spend your money here you will be disappointed. I just got a satay with fried rice. The satay had so much gelatine in it, it was like jelly slugs on the plate. Only peppers and onion with no other veg. So tasteless. It was actually that bad I didn’t call to tell them, I put it in the bin in shock. Just wanted to forget it happened.The rice was soggy and stuck together as of it was reheated with too much water, maybe this is why it tasted so bad and the texture was so horrible.I feel sick just having ate it.Not a good experience at all.

Ordered delivery today at 8.15pm. At 10pm the delivery had not arrived. I called and asked what was the delay and was met with a totally arrogant answer whats ur name and address to which i replied and they stated i did not call them for a delivery omg. I then said if that was the case why do i have a call log on my mobile showing i called and why when i called the previous person answering knew my surname. I was told to wait then the order taker came back and asked for my order again. Really i said 2 minutes ago you called me a liar now u want to take my order really what about an apology she then said sorry and then asked for my order again what a cheek the worst customer service ever.LolNever again

Ordered a takeaway last night. Breast of chicken chow mein had a few tiny strips of what looked and tasted like processed chicken in it. It was extremely salty and the thin noodles were a little mushy...sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style tasted like raw flour...curry sauce with onions was saltier than the sea....prawn crackers had changed in texture (extremely thin and quite fishy)..they used to be thicker, cruncher and delicious ..this came to £16.40 and when it was delivered the delivery women said she didn't have enough change of a £20 note so we ended up paying £18.50. I used to love this takeaway...I will not be using it again....so dissapointed.

I just received my delivery there I’ve not ordered Chinese in a while I was going to use another one and I wish I did this is disgusting.. I just paid £25.70 for chicken satay with no side., salt and chilli chicken with no side of rice or chips and for myself sweet and sour chicken with chips and gravy that I’ve given to my kids since they didn’t get any sides with with their dinner I tried to call but there closed and I’ve been reading there reviews which are not good I’m so disappointed with them I could have ordered from anywhere 3 meals £25 pounds and it only comes with one side it’s obvious so that u order everything separately now so that they make more money from you.. well you should be ashamed of yourself serving and delivering that I work hard for my money and I was treating everyone to a treat.. never again and a child delivered it to.. which was disturbing..

called and asked for a collection. They have a kid answering the phone and he took the order wrong and had it down for delivery. when I turned up it was already sent to my address. this was fine as I could just go home and get it. I called to say he had the order wrong then 2 minutes later I had 3 missed calls. he called me to tell me I was wrong and I didn't give a name so it was not collection. when i tried to explain he just hung up on me then rejected further calls. he never asked my name he just assumed.will not be ordering again and they could learn some customer service. place was also greasy to touch and had a horrible smell the full way from the stairs.

Just been here with my husband & son. It has to be the worst experience ever...! Everything was dried up. Had to ask for dishes to filled up. They filled up with spicy chips & chicken balls. Fried rice tasted like washing up liquid as if the wok hadn’t been rinsed properly. Also the chicken wings were still raw (blood). Can’t believe how much the standards have deteriorated. It’s appalling to still be charged £9.90 each..! Avoid avoid avoid...!

My friend works here. Child labour! The chicken balls are like burnt car tyres and the soup I use as washing up liquid even though it smells as though it came from Chernobyl.

Terrible experience from start to end. They got may address so wrong apparently it took 4 phonecalls to sort out. When the order came it was wrong - some items missing , some items were incorrect. Then the total bill.... when I queried why is seemed high I was told oh the prices on our website aren't right

I tryed this chinese for the very first time 2 months ago and I was not disappointed. It was amazing and I stay over the other side of the city. I will never find a better chinese than this.
