We knew we wanted Iconic to sell our house about 5 minutes after meeting Ashley. We were so impressed with him, he made us feel comfortable and that we would be in very good hands throughout the process. Not knowing what to expect as this was my first time moving, The Iconic team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I had a few issues along the way with the chain collapsing 6 months into the process. After being left disappointed and let down by a few estate agents when searching for my first home, I came across Iconic. My very first telephone call was with the wonderful Julie. She offered some reassuring words and a promise that she would get in contact if a property came onto the market matching my requirements. A few weeks later Julie rang about a property that was about to come onto the market that she could get me viewing for the next day. I absolutely loved the house and was very happy when the offer was accepted. Julie and the rest of the iconic team were professional, prompt, kind and reassuring. The whole team were very genuine with the support and advice that they offered. They even managed to get the sale to completion before the end of the summer holidays which helped me significantly with returning to work!! Iconic were great during the purchase our first house. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Julie, and unlike some estate agents Iconic aren’t pushy in any way. We would highly recommend them
