+ Prompt Delivery & Collection (too prompt a collection in this case!)+ Friendly & Helpful Driver- Communication from OfficeI needed one replacing (and will probably need 3 or 4 more!) but they didn't contact me before coming to take the full one away. I can cope without a skip for a day or two, but how much easier (and better for the environment) would it have been for them to deliver another when they came to pick the full one up? :scratch head: I'm very sceptical, but I'll keep those thoughts to myself!!

Great service, professional and respectful drivers, modern quite and efficient vehicles, Easy to talk with employees on the phone. Price is acceptable and well worth it.What more can I say. Now have had 5 collections¬

Poor service, collecting skip without notice and told later that there was a minimum 1 week hire. This was during the recent bad weather when it was impossible to work out side. I have had over 10 skips of this company in the last 6 years but no more. In the fact I have always called to arrange a collection. Telephone person was rude on the phone when iI said i would not use them again.

Similarly to all of the other reviews I have since read, the service is shocking. DO NOT USE. They promised a skip with a drop-down door would be delivered in the morning, it didn't arrive until after 3pm, and even then they sent a skip without a drop-down door and had to return with the correct one over an hour later. I called over a week and a half ago (and several times since) to get them to take their skip away, and still it sits blocking access to my property. At this point they have essentially abandoned a skip on my land. No help from the office, they just keep feeding me the same nonsense.

We've used Alan's Skips a number of times now and would use them again without hesitation. As easy to book online as over the phone - we've done both - and they always drop the skip in our requested location on the drive so we can still get the car in. Lovely, friendly drivers.

Very professional and flexible service provided. We have had many skips from you over the last eight months and you've always been very prompt with delivery and left skips for as long as we've needed. Quick efficient and great to deal with. You've helped me a difficult renovation a little less stressful!

Very easy to book a skip online. Have used a few times and the service has always been good, their smaller truck is useful for fitting into our narrow driveway. Usually have to wait a while for them to collect, but this has not been a problem for us as it's on our land.

Very easy to book and skip arrived as arranged. However, collection was an issue - I asked for collection in my original booking, then phoned up 4 days after I had requested collection (since the website says collection may take up to 3 days). I phoned again a week later when the skip had still not been collected, and it was confirmed that I was on the list. It took another 8 days before the skip was finally collected, 2 1/2 weeks after the collection date I had originally requested.

Great customer service. Next door neighbour had a skip delivered. Driver knocked my gate with his truck which bent the gate post, driver came and let me know straight away so they could arrange a repair. All sorted within a couple of days. Wouldn’t know anything had happened. Thanks gents.
