Wow - the team at Acaelia Home Design have just completed the most incredible work in our home and I absolutely love it. We have had the utility room and downstairs toilet completely refurbished and I can honestly say that it has far exceeded my expectations. Shaun has expertly guided us through the whole process right from the first discussion in the showroom to checking in with us to make sure we were completely happy at the end of the project. Sally is a genius with her design skills - she took my ideas and created a utility room and home office space that is really special. And all the workmen operated at such a high level - true craftsmen who really cared about achieving a high spec finish, exceptionally clean and tidy, and a real pleasure to have in the house. Acaelia design provided a complete & professional service from start to finish. Took time to listen to our expectations, came up with initial plans & adapted them to suit our taste. They sourced the hardware & their own team of fitters installed it all. The inevitable glitches working in an old building like this were solved with care & professionalism. Acaelia have recently updated one of our bathrooms - it's small, an odd shape and needed a complete re-design. Shaun assured us that it could be done, and produced 3D images to prove it! The fitting team were clean, tidy, efficient, friendly and professional. Shaun managed the project, and was on hand to answer any questions, as was Sally in the showroom. The end result is stunning - delivered on time and budget! We glad we walked into the showroom , being relatively new to the areaShaun and the front office have been very helpful. making the decisions easy. We went for an in-house service to make certain nothing slipped between the cracks, when the two bathrooms were done. We planned it well ahead with Acaelia, but also were working to a tight schedule, as we had family staying with us . They finished when they said they would and the installation team worked well with each other.Shaun was around every couple of days making certain everything was as we wanted.Particular thanks to Brendon and Matt, for their attention to detail, they achieved a very high standard.Many Thanks to you all

We commissioned a total bathroom rebuild through Acaelia Home Design. Imogen in the showroom did an excellent job in advising us about available options for our new bathroom and drew up very comprehensive plans and visualisations of what it would look like. She showed good judgement in colour choices and the selection of components. We were very pleased with the overall design.From an installation perspective, overseen by Shaun from Acaelia, Hayden, Liam and Reece from HR Simply Bespoke and Chris, Andy, Matt, Brendan and David from NSJ Contractors all did an excellent job in removing the old bathroom, preparing the ground for the rebuild, the plastering, new flooring, plumbing, tiling, electrics and painting. A highly skilled team delivered an outcome to time and budget we are delighted with.

Acaelia Home Design are superb- they renovated an en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom for us with Kohler products. Shaun was superb, very personable and project managed the whole process. We were always informed what would be happening next and who would be coming when.The project started and finished on time and the staff employed on the job could not have been more professional or pleasant. They went out of their way to disturb us as little as possible, but always consulted on the exact positioning of items before fitting. Great lengths were taken to protect our floors and carpets and the house was left as clean as when they arrived.
