Awful experience, ordered 20 small hay bales and was only delivered 18. Owner refuses to acknowledge there has been a mistake on their part and offers no resolution, keeps saying he will ring me back then doesn't. Condescending and rude on the phone. I am now going through my credit card company to make a section 75 claim for the missing bales value and have reported to trading standards. Would never use again.

Very poor service, delivery suspended twice and then delivered when we weren't here, the owner, Max was quite rude on the phone, we won't be ordering from there again

Fantastically handy for me. Very friendly, if they don't know they'll ask and if they haven't got it they'll try and get it. So glad they opened a store in Skewen. Prices very competitive too.

Absolutely fantastic store to buy all your agricultural and fencing products. I have personally met with the owner Max and he is a charming young man. I cannot recommend enough.And for the people leaving 1 star and no written comments, pathetic, its clearly trolls.
