Tamara provides a wonderfully peaceful environment and her calming manner ensures that the whole experience is one of relaxation. Her ability to provide a relaxing massage whilst releasing the tension of everyday life ensures that you leave feeling great. This isn't my first visit and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you.

What an amazing experience - my girls and i had wonderful treatments with Tamara in August 2022 - honestly as good as Gleneagles Spa, truly wonderful, very relaxing and Tamara is so professional, she really make you feel at home. The spa is very tranquil and products are fab! We can't wait to go back!

Visited Tamara twice as a treat for my Silver Wedding anniversary whilst visiting the area & opted for the Reflexology & Reiki treatments.Although I'd had Reflexology once before, this was a far more pleasant & enjoyable experience. First time for Reiki & this was very relaxing. Tamara is clearly a thoughtful and professional practitioner - from her calming words & actions to the room layout which perfectly enhances the experience (even the bed adjusts to provide a comfortable position). Tamara's advice & feedback was invaluable and relevant to me. I plan to take a little time for myself & continue treatments for their benefits. Tamara even offered to help me to find a similar Sanctuary near to my home town. Highly recommended, thank you Tamara!

I enjoyed a deep tissue massage with Tamara and it was absolutely sublime. I felt so relaxed after my one hour experience which we booked as part of our stay in the neighbouring holiday cottage. Tamara’s knowledge of holistic therapies was also very impressive - after suffering from chronic, continuous blocked sinuses for three months, she managed to apply her skills to relieve my congestion. It was amazing! I would recommend Tamara in a heartbeat - I only wish I didn’t live on the other side of the country otherwise I know I would be booking a treatment with her monthly! Highly recommend.

At the end of October 2022, Whilst enjoying a short break at Sun Hill Farm, Constable Burton, I was fortunate enough to be able to take the opportunity to visit the ‘Sanctuary’, which is truly a very appropriate description for the wonderfully idyllic setting I encountered on my first visit.A warm welcome and comfortable reception area was most pleasant.Tamara’s gentle and genuinely friendly approach is exemplary.Following a short consultation to learn a little about myself, the hand picked treatment followed.As I’d never before engaged in any type of Holistic therapy, I wasn’t really sure what I expected from this experience but, Wow! I was immersed in a fabulously calming world I’d never before experienced at that level. A tremendous journey where physical tension and mental stress that life can deliver, in my case, simply became trivial and meaningless.I cannot recommend Tamara highly enough.For those that may read this that are not new to this type of therapy, the ‘Sanctuary’ is well worth a visit. For those that Are new, well, it’s a Must.Tamara, you are naturally gifted in your profession and I hope to visit again in the near future.I wish you the very best for the future, and all the success that you deserve.

I stumbled upon Tamara while I was on holiday at Sunhill Lodges and decided to book in a surprise massage for my wife. To avoid being overheard, I had to do all the communicating via email! I thought this would be a nightmare but Tamara was fantastic! She was quick to respond, polite, even gave suggestions to customize the experience.Needless to say, my wife came back more relaxed than ever, and gave Tamara high praise! She is looking forward to going back next time we are in the area this year!
