Scratches on glass

I had some persistent scratches on our brand new glass staircase that the manufacturer couldn't resolve after three attempts. Fortunately, Scratches on Glass stepped in and fixed it in just one visit. The technician was knowledgeable and a great guy. Highly recommended!

Steve offered me a slot within a few days of contacting him. He turned up a little later than the booking but had given me a courtesy text to say he would be there a little later.On arrival Steve quickly got to work making sure there were adequate coverings down so not to create any mess. The scratch was quite deep and within a couple of hours he had polished it away. I am extremely pleased with the work as I really couldn't put up with the scratch on my new front door glass.He then worked on another scratch shallower than the first, on my bedroom window. In less than an hour this had also disappeared.He gave me tips on how best to clean my new windows without causing any damage and left me with some cleaning products.I cannot fault Steve's work in any way. He only left once he knew I was happy. I would not hesitate to use Steve again. 5 well deserved stars. Thank you Steve.
