Jeff was fantastic. The initial hearing test went very smoothly and confirmed what I thought - I needed help with hearing. Options were explained clearly and thoroughly and the 2 week trial went as very well. Any queries I had, which were few were dealt with quickly by Jeff.After only a week of the trial I had committed to my new hearing aids and ordered them ahead of my return appointment. I approached Ear Care Specialists to find out more about the tinnitus I have been dealing with and made an appointment online for a hearing assessment. The booking system was slick and was able to get an appointment on a Saturday.At the assessment Jeff listened to what I was experiencing and clearly explained the tests he would carry out and what they were looking at. The hearing assessment identified hearing loss and Jeff explained how this linked to my tinnitus and suggested a range of measures to deal with it. The follow up email was prompt and suggested the use of hearing aids so another appointment was made to trial a pair.At the follow up appointment, Jeff set out how they worked and how to look after them, and helped me set up the app on my phone to control the different modes for different environments.The trial lasted for a few weeks and was contacted to ensure that they were working out.Having used them during the trial, I have noticed an improvement to my hearing, particularly in noisy environments, and have bought a pair from Ear Care Specialists and am very happy with the advice given and the service received.Highly recommended if you need to check out your hearing.

If you have ear wax issues or require advice on your hearing and how to deal with these issues, then go no further, Dr. Jeff Davies of Ear Care Specialists is where you need to go. I will be going back regularly for check ups as I have found somebody who I can trust to help me look after my hearing.

I attended the Ear Care Specialists clinic and had a flawless experience.Parking was easy to find and directly outside the door of the clinic and the procedure was completed thoroughly, swiftly, and without any discomfort at all.Every step was explained and I was able to see (and hear!!!) the difference as the procedure completed.My hearing is now amazing and would highly recommend this clinic to all!

Very impressed and happy with all aspects of Ear Care Specialists.Jeff patiently explained the options for my hearing condition and offered his recommendations.Despite my initial resistance to his recommendations, after being given the opportunity to try them out for a couple of weeks, I was totally convinced.I now have my hearing aids and am very happy with them. They are far better than my old ones and the ability to ‘tailor’ them with the app on my iPhone, is a real bonus.
