Delivered reels here. Tipped on time. Clamp truck driver checked with me if he was OK to start, or did I want to finish getting straps etc. off first. I was offered a hot drink, too.

Had a collection from branch in stevenage going to dunfermaline this morningOne of the staff Mark the folk lift driver was great asked me if I would like a hot drink and if I needed the washrooms they were spotless credit to the company

Decent tip. Lads on the clamp truck are friendly and helpful. Really clean tipping area with a spotless, dedicated drivers toilet. Get a free brew too which is a rarity.
