Really knowledgeable and helpful customer service. I purchased some Hunt wheels for my gravel bike and they swapped the freehub over. Would use again and recommend Guardhouse Sports for all bike related stuff

Another shout-out for this fabulous and friendly bike shop. Have taken my bikes here regularly for servicing. Most recently, my chain snapped at the start of my ride with my friend. Took bike to Guardhouse (in hope rather than expectation), and Warren and Ian sorted it out whilst I waited and also gave me general advice about chain and cassette management. Managed to do my ride! Thanks very much, guys, and keep up the great work!

Bought my first new bike in a long time yesterday the 4th Jan 22, Ian and Warren were brilliant, took their time with me, measured me up, set the bike up for me and even offered me a brew whilst waiting. Then today after my initial outing I returned and they again made adjustments while I waited. Top service, great shop and they're just good lads who love bikes. Thoroughly recommended and when they open their Cafe in the warmer weather it'll be even better.

Took my bike in last week to Ian and Warren who were fantastic. Was previously quoted by another bike shop over 120 for wrong parts and labour. Came here and had my bike checked over and issues fixed for one third of the previously quoted price within an afternoon. Super honest and reliable guys who were kind to me. Anybody wanting a good bike service in Bournemouth and Christchurch this is the place to go :)

I had an Argus fatbike that needed a new freehub body. I originally took it to 'on yer bike' and primera, who both could not help me find the part and fit it for me. Ian and Warren were most helpful and found an equivalent part and fixed it. They also serviced the bearings and cones. Good communication throughout and a good price. Excellent service.

After a ride at windhill I bulged my tubeless tire. These guys replaced the tire and sorted a leaking valve within no time. Thanks so much, we will be back.The shop is awesome aswell. Lots of goodies, which is what we needed around here. Defo some room for some snowboarding gear aswell though ;)) haha.Thanks again
