Only walk through to Queensgate

Good facilities and access for disabled people. Shopmobility scheme operates well, but lift access has to be negotiated carefully. Good range of shops for all budgets. Clean and with good level of security.

Clean and tidy, with a reasonable selection of High St retailers. Would be nice to see something in the John Lewis building.

Popped in for a quick look. Seemed good variety of shops but it was very quiet with few shoppers at that time. Easy to navigate and will return when I have time to browse properly.

The entrance into queensgate from Westgate Street. Fast access to that side of town but always got your resident piss artists and crack heads on Westgate Street which make shopping less than enjoyable and generally can get front row seats to a good bit of action. Strange place for designer shops and decent tattoo artists.

The Westgate arcade is situated inside Queensgate Shopping Centre and it's a boutique of smaller individual units that can be rented. I haven't personally found this to be any good for me but it's nice to see them serving the community. There is easy access to get to but there are no toilets here, you have to go to the other side of the mega shopping centre to get access.

Very good place, i have made my nails already 4 times there, they are very fast working, average time is less than 40 min, extreme good materials, i am an active person with my hands, and never like really never didnt end up with any damaged or broken nail. Prices are just perfect. The only thing i dont really like its that they dont give any atention to details as lefts of gel, or to sharp nail. But for the rest they are great.

This would have been a nice day out except they have made it so difficult to find the toilets in this place.We arrived and naturally needed to use the toilet after a two hour journey to get here.We spent the first hour in this place walking around and around looking for the toilets expecting that like every other shopping centre we had ever been to they would be signposted and relatively easy to find. But no, instead we marched around and around looking for them. Consulting a map of the place which had a key to all the various map symbols, information point, toilets etc. Except that none of those symbols actually appeared on the map so they key was pointless as it was explaining symbols that weren't actually used. Eventually we found an M&S food and used their toilets instead. Only to learn afterwards that the only toilets in the shopping centre were like these. Inside less than half a dozen shops in the place instead of some place they may actually be found. The M&S ones were up three floors and hidden in the men's clothing section by the shoes, even once we got to the correct floor it was a mission to find them as I imagine M&S doesn't want people only going through its shop just to use the toilet.What should have been a nice day out instead was marked by starting the day desperate to use a hidden toilet and spending an hour looking for it with a useless map.An don't think I'm exaggerating either with all this. By the time we found some toilets I was begining to feel sick and dizzy I was that desperate to use them.The only reason this gets two stars is because it otherwise would have been a great place to visit for a day shopping if they hadn't decided to go on a crusade against the people's bladder control when designing the place
