First visit to trace a fault others failed to find. Diagnosed within about two hours, replacement part ordered and fitted the next day.Customer service was friendly and courteous and they will be rewarded with my future custom.

My other half had trouble with her range rover evoque. It failed the mot.Not using this garage before as we are new to the area but have driven by. I searched the phone number on Google gave them a call and had nothing but professional service and a warm welcome from the start. They booked the car in a day later job completed on the same day. Car was re mot'd and a pass given.There isn't anymore I could of asked for from a garage.We was expecting a lot more stress and financial loss. I will certainly be using this garage from now on.These guys really know what they are doing from customer service and knowledge of vehicle's.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with thatched garage from servicing through to warranty work, the team there are always professional and customer focused, they were really helpful in the recent warranty work, they kept me informed of the progress which is really nice! It’s now become my preferred garage in Sussex!! Would highly recommend thatched garage to anyone.

Ben, Kelly and the team at the Thatched Garage are second to none. Always willing to advise and help. Their knowledge is exceptional. My ignition system developed a fault on the morning I was to go away. They took my Landrover in and within a short time we were on our way. Secondly, my engine developed a crack and once again they fitted me in to their already busy schedule. I do recommend them to anyone who asks . Be prepared, and book well ahead.

I had a cracked inlet manifold on my Jaguar XF which was diagnosed and replaced promptly by Ben and his team. Their clear and concise communication when quoting, dropping the car off and collecting the next day, was truly remarkable. I've had the misfortune to use other independent JLR 'specialists' but the Thatched Garage really excelled in their quality of customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended ...

We recently used The Thatched Garage for the first time to carry out a major service on our Range Rover Sport and could not recommend them enough! Fantastic communication right from my initial contact through to completion of the work. The work was carried out very efficiently along with all relevant documents handed over in a folder on collection. A wonderful experience, Great location and staff were amazing. The team are very caring, friendly and always on hand to assist with any enquiries. Think one of my best visits and the fleet are great.100% willing to revisit and do more business. Though transport might be an issue getting in and out of location, so needs care thought and planning.Thanks Ben, the team and not forgetting lovely Baxter (Dog).
