I have recently dealt with RDS during an office clear out and have nothing but positive things to say. They collected 77 bags/boxes for us and the collection driver, Mark was very friendly and helped us gather everything together. Communication was quick and friendly. Would highly recommend.

An excellent service from RDS! We initially booked shredding service via Shred-it and they failed to collect the documents. In addition, they kept ignoring our requests not to book collection on days when we were not in the office. We finally had to cancel their service.We have then come across RDS Confidential Shredding. They were very quick to respond. Collected on the day that we have agreed and were more price competitive than others. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful service from RDS. After receiving an extremely large quote from a national shredding company I decided to get a quote from a local company. From the start Lisa was really helpful in explaining the options available and the ins and outs. On the day of collection it all went to plan with no hitches and the guys were very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in a years time.
