What an excellent job the Gatekeepers do. Its impossible to actually get an appointment with a GP. The prerecorded message you hear when calling the practice suggests they don't realise the Covid Pandemic is over.

Worse place ever don't think they understand how to take calls but yet anytime you visit the place their never on the phone they will be sitting talking to each other swinging on their chairs or playing games on their mobile

Dr.knox, Discriminating and very uninterested. Appalling at the fact that a mixture of insomnia and mental health issues do not warrant emergency appointment. When they notice mistakes they have made, no effort to apologise. Seems to think he is better and more switched on about the problems that other people have when he doesnt have them himself and tells people they are wrong about there own ailments.

Worst drs I've ever tried too go too. First of all I was discriminated whilst trying too register. Refused my passport as i.d 4 visits and a multiple complaints too the bso before I was even registered. Then a Dr refused too listen to my sensitivity too antiinflammatory drugs which ended up with me in an emergency appt. Too then be roasted by another dr for taking over counter medicines. Absolutely dreadful service.
