So pleased we chose CSFS. Karl was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of great advice. He went above and beyond just installing a logburner for us. He widened the existing opening to create a larger recess and built out a chimney breast wall (with opening above for a wall mounted TV to sit in). This is the 2nd log burner we've had fitted. One in a different house from another company a few years ago. I'd go back to Karl everytime. Brilliant service and workmanship is 1st class.

Karl fitted our stove and lined our chimney. He did a fantastic job; efficient, clean and great value for money. No hassle and he did not let us down. We are thrilled to have our wood burner working!

Fantastic Service and Workman ship. Karl knocked our tired old open fire and fitted a stunning 2.5 metre tiled hearth, brick chamber, tiled slips and lights to light up the chamber, finally he fitted and commissioned a new log burner for us.We contacted a few local fitters but Karl gave us the confidence to let him handle the job for us and was very patient while we chose the style we wanted. We’ve just had a multi burner stove fitted by Karl… honestly can’t recommend him enough for anyone looking to get this done.Karl was spot on from coming to quote for the job through to signing it off complete. At first we were quoted the job would need 2 men and take 4 days, Karl said he’d be working alone and it would take him 2!!! It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does and we are so pleased with the final result.Anyone using a tradesperson has to bare a few things in mind… are they trustworthy, can they do the job they’re quoting for and is the quote reasonable….
