Quick and honest service. We put our Dyson in to be fixed after it lost all suction. The hoover was back with us after a couple of days and was back to brand new and the price was very reasonable.

First class service from Chris. Initially diagnosed and replaced the battery on my Dyson hoover, adding a 12 months warranty to it. Have since returned with another problem whereby hoover was stopping and starting continuously. Fixed within 5 minutes and explained how to stop it happening again. Would highly recommend Chris to family and friends. Very approachable and friendly.

I recently had a problem with our Shark Upright vacuum cleaner so contacted Dr Dyson. He responded very quickly to my enquiry and as a result of his advice I realised that the Shark warranty could be used to fix the problem. They replaced the whole of the power head,free of charge. I had not even considered this possibility. He could have charged me a lot of money but gave me free advice. This proved that he is an honest and trustworthy worker, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to others! He really does know what he's talking about!Thanks Dr Dyson.

Contacted Chris by email and he phoned me back within the hour. Had a problem with a Dyson Hair dryer which he sorted. Excellent service and straight forward to deal with even though I live in the Isle of Man. Highly recommend.
