Nadir spent a lot of time with me today and offered some great advice. Really good customer service and very helpful. I only popped in for a gasket but ended up talking about other bits and pieces I'd like to do on my bike. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to other riders.

Excellent customer service and great attention to detail

When I originally came to this shop I was met with the friendly owner. He took a look at my bike and quoted me £30 to do a brake service and £40 for an MOT. 2 days after I dropped off the bike I received a phone call telling me that the job would be £120 as he had done some extra work! He kept reiterating the fact that this was I was getting a good deal and that the work was necessary. As you could imagine I was mad however, in the end I ended up paying £100 instead of the £120 and I can notice a difference in the feel of the bike. However, I wish he would have asked me before he carried out the extra work, as it came as quite a surprise.Overall, I find the owner a nice and knowledgeable guy that really cares about his work, though a little disorganized. I will be returning back whenever I next need work.

Excellent quality service done by a professional, I would recommend.

Went to change sprockets and chain Nadir did an excellent job. Not only does Nadir charge very reasonable prices he only charges for whats required. He also explains why a certain job is required and he also gives really good advice on maintenance.He also went out his way to clean out some small scratches near the keyhole on my bike. This guy is great!
