I brought two pieces of beautiful wood from Lumberjill, one spalted beech to make a coffee table and a large section of oak for a fireplace mantle. Both very well priced! Top team!

A wonderful local saw mill, fantastic service, was able to find what i wanted at a very good price. even offered to size it for me. Would definitely use for my future projects.

This family run business is outstanding. I have met with, and had personal dealings with, the father, mother and daughter. They know their business of timbers so well and share their knowledge and experience willingly. I only discovered this company by chance at a garden show recently when j bought a couple of interesting pieces of wood. I have since been to their base at Lee Mill near Ivybridge a couple of times and will be going again next week! My son has also been there on my recommendation and he too loves it. I aliken it to a boy in a sweet shop, not knowing where to start but knowing it is all good!! Great choice of timbers at reasonable prices and with knowledgable information on all of it passed freely over. Jess made herself available over a weekend, at short notice, and she even cleared the following Monday to complete the work (because I had described the work incorrectly).The knowledge within the company is invaluable, and they have no reluctance in sharing it. I learned a lot from both Jess and Joe over the weekend. There is no charge for their guidance, experience or market knowledge.Over the course of three days, they showed the power of their fantastic operation, in both slabbing and milling our wood.I have no hesitation in recommending the service or the equipment.

Very professional setup. Milled several logs in 1 day including a huge spalted beech and with excellent results too. Would not hesitate in recommending.
