I visited Sewing Machine World as I was interested in buying my first overlocker. Sasha and the team were very helpful and found the right machine for me. I was given a comprehensive demonstration by Sasha who also helped me try the overlocker for myself. I am delighted with my Baby Lock Victory which is a great addition to my sewing kit. Excellent service.

The most knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly experts in all things sewing machines. We travelled to get here and would travel twice the distance for peace of mind and value for money. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic service as always from Steve and especially Rita who is so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am over the moon with my new Juki TL 2300 and it complements my lovely BabyLock Gloria so well. Wonderful people to do business with, fantastic prices absolutely no false promises just good old fashioned customer service. Look no further, Steve and his team are tops. Highly recommended if you value great service and care.

I recently upgraded my sewing machine and the service I received here was first class. I never once felt rushed or pressured into buying a machine. The staff are so knowledgeable, Sasha demonstrated so much about what my new machine could do, and booked me in for a free lesson to show me how to use the quilting kit. I would definitely recommend Sewing Machine World

Purchased a V3 Brother embroidery machine last year (it’s amazing) but a couple of weeks ago it wasn’t working as it should so called the shop. Wow absolutely amazing service it was a tiny piece of cotton stuck . They fixed it right there and then - brilliant. Would highly recommend for both sewing and embroidery machines.
