Could not recommend at all Seemed like a nice chap so having dropped an expensive chronometer watch which kept stopping he quoted £800 to repair to pay up front as parts were expensive .Got it back some months later and it stopped again .took it in again another wait but soon stopped again By then we were in lockdown so months later read some negative reviews so had a qualified respected independent to report , he said it had not been repaired and recommended manufactures agent as parts were not available ty independent s. The agent returned the watch like new with new crystal and glass for slightly less Time Out fobbed me off with £250 take it or leave it! I was livid my solicitor wanted to take it to court

Took 49 year old Omega watch for water damage repair job completed in about 6 weeks it's like brand new. Brilliant and can't thank him enough. First class

Been in twice now and would recommend to anyone . Lovely guy & friendly dog ! Had new battery fitted and nice strap all for very reasonable price , Really helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you

Can only recommend for easy battery replacements only. Tissot touch I managed to do myself, the chap tried to unscrew the back, but it was a prise off one. Googled it and replaced my own battery. Other watches I took in, their replacements were performed with satisfaction.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. I took my Rolex to be serviced in November 2018. The owner kept the watch until March 2019, saying Rolex still had it. I paid £480 for the service and the watch stopped working 6 months later. I received no guarantee for the service and subsequently have had to have the watch serviced again by a reputable Rolex watch repairer/expert who is a member of the RHI. He told me the watch had not been to Rolex and I had been duped. I feel very foolish but want to warn others against using this shop.

Excellent Service, new Battery fitted and Pressure tested for water tightness, along with adding a link to the bracelet. Less than sending the Watch to the manufacturers european service center, without the hassle, time, expense and risk of using a courier.Definitely recommended for quality watch repairs and service

Lovely selection of watches. Brought previously bought Storm watch back for a new battery after another jeweller failed (& apparently broke off something inside) so definitely recommend bringing your watches back to the dealer if you want the job done properly. Prompt service
