Service is a joke in the pharmacy section staff are slow and lazy if the online text service says something is ready all youve gotta do is pass it from the shelf not stand moaning or chatting while 20 people wait

Normally I would give a five star but have felt very let down during the current situation I have been trying since Thursday at regular intervals to get through on the phoneThe telephone just rings out until it cuts you off I wanted to ask a simple question as to whether or not my tablets are on the delivery Both my husband and myself are over 70 with underlying conditions and have been told by the doctor to STAY HOME Both sons are away and we have no option tomorrow but to go to the chemist as my steroid medication has run out I appreciate they are busy but surely the phone could be answered at some pointVery disappointed

went into the store to pick up prescription , could not find person on there system, tried a secound time same result have now moved chemists,

Not many staff had quite a wait. Staff very polite & apologetic though
