I ordered an onyx signet ring online for collection from the Burton-On-Trent store. They telephoned twice to keep me up to date and to let me know that it had arrived.In store we were served by Tom M who was very helpful and friendly.The ring is lovely quality and I’d definitely recommend Hinds for both their jewellery and their service.

I have made a few purchases from F hinds over the past few years always found them excellent on customer service which is why i returned today.Very atttentative staff never feel rushed into any purchase love the option to insure purchases and gift wrapping, So glad they reopened after lockdown in time to purchase birthday present for my partner

On an impulse today, I visited your store in Burton and bought an inexpensive Accurist wrist watch. I was massively impressed by the courtesy and professional attention from your young male representative. From my background as a high flying company director I would rate his future career highly, being an impressive member of your obviously successful company. I will return !

Very friendly and professional service. I was looking for a new watch and had narrowed it down to a choice of two. After the F.Hinds expert had explained the features of both watches I went for a coffee to try to decide. Bonus! There was a sale on! Not only was there money off both of the watches but there was also a buy one

Very professional service. I was buying a Hugo Boss watch for my son. The assistant had several watches out for us to look at which you don't usually get in other shops. We needed two links added which were free of charge, again you don't usually get that. I woul definately would recommend the Burton branch to friends and family.
