Unorganised and rude. Had an interview, turned up to see no one inside. Receptionist finally turned up, with an awful attitude. Very rude. Wouldn't consider working for the company after this experience. Can't imagine what their patients are treated like.

Worst place to work! They don’t train you well and try to grill you when things go wrong! The staff have no communication skills! This company makes the health sector BAD!

Carers will not stop coming in even after being told to stop coming. Refuse to give my dads keys back and he owns his property! Money has also gone missing. Do not use this company at all costs. Police will be called upon trespassing now.

Do not use. Missed visits. Carers do bare minimum, leave mess.Head office never calls back.One carer enter after 11pm. Scared living daylights out of my relative when he was woken up.Sadly I can not leave no starsAvoid
