When our expensive hotpoint fridge freezer decided to suddenly stop working with a full week’s shopping in it left me in a pickle to say the least. I contacted Hooms and Sami was fantastic, not only did he have the perfect fridge freezer we were looking for it was also at an unbeatable price. Furthermore Sami had it delivered within 2 hours. What a guy! Can’t fault his customer service definitely be back for the matching washing machine and dryer. Thank you Sami for being our life savour.
