I order a takeaway on Friday 24th February, I called them at 5.55 it finally arrived at 7.40. I called them to complain and ask for a refund, I was told the food was on it's was and that they would refund me on Saturday morning as they were very busy. Still haven't received a refund, I msgd them yesterday and they are supposed to reply between 3/4 hours. Still no reply...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE...Definitely will never use this takeaway ever again.

I make order 13:00. I was asking about 4 Doner Kebabs with mix meat and no onion. Of course I got kebabs with onion, just beef and cold. They bring it 15:10.

Awfully dull food.Asked for fresh food and gave me chicken from the hot counter which upon eating was pale and chewy.Never again

Got a friend to pick up a chicken shish kebab for £5.50. It did not come with a naan or a pita, and when my friend questioned this he was told to get out of the shop. He took the food but the portion was tiny, in a small polystrene box, salad was just lettuce, even though asked for full salad but no onion. Fair to say we will not be returning. 1/10. See photo (i added my own mayo)

I ordered food delivery over the phone. Food was fresh particularly mixed kebab was the best and they deliver it quite fast. Will use them again and can refer to family and friends.

I've been coming here for years but my recent few experiences have been the worst serviced. Everything is late. My order which was said to take 15 mins took almost an hour. Tbh, I am still waiting for my order in the restaurant and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they won't surpass an hour. That being said, the service and speed of service is horrendous. If you are going to order, call them up ask them to deliver and pay with cash. You could be waiting for a few hours but coming in for a pick up, terrible absolutely terrible.

Never again..... 45 mins late rang the takeaway they said it was on its way 25 mins later food turned up and what a load of slop... chicken looked like it had been stood 3 days was dry and cold as was the kebab meat chips were stone cold. As well . The only thing half decent was the side of onion rings which were luke warm still. Should if checked the reviews before ordering. How do these places stay open is beyond me.... Food went in the bin
