Well what can I say!? Honestly this has been the best customer service experience I've had from ANY business.Debbie Wilson the account manager has gone above and beyond. Every step of this process I have been kept in the loop, receiving regular updates on the car. I haven't once had to chase for information or see what's going on. If I send an email I get a response within the hour; make that half hour in alot of cases! Even if I emailed late in the evening, not expecting a reply I got one.Debbie managed to beat quotes from competitors when I asked her to price match. I'll be 100% contacting her again for my next lease.The car is lovely. It was built and delivered earlier than estimated too.All round myself and my partner are very happy with the experience we've had.Well done Skyfleet and thankyou Debbie.

Debbie @ Skyfleet has gone above and beyond at every occasion. My vehicle recently came to the end of it's lease, Debbie made the process of finding my new vehicle and what I wanted from it easy. My new vehicle was not going to get delivered until after the expiry of my previous lease, Debbie did what she needed to do to make it work. My dealings with skyfleet and in particular Nick Turk were impeccable. What I liked was the personal touch and rapport that I was able to build with Nick throughout the process. This started off from the decision of which car I wanted, through to the delivery of the car. Followed up by a check in call to make sure I was satisfied. The one thing that stood out to me was that there was no push to make a decision. Nick took in to consideration by budget along with my desired budget. Nick suggested a car which suited both my desired budget and personal family needs. At no point did I feel like I was speaking to a pushy salesman or someone who was just chasing the deal. Finally with regards to the admin fee. I normally very reluctant to pay this as I don't feel I have had value for money when I have leased cars through other brokers. However, due to how much customer service I did receive, it was a no brainer and I paid this without any hesitation or question.
