We recently had a voice recoding session at The Lab Studios and had a great experience. Drew was welcoming, helped with guidance on the speed & tone of delivery, accommodated our queries and produced the final copy with a speedy completion time. From the minute I spoke to Drew on the phone i knew he would be a super easy and professional producer/engineer to work with - and I was right! We came in for a four hour slot thinking we would probably barely finish one track and we got two tracks finished in that time! And it was mostly down to Drew's patience, experience and ability to anticipate what needed to be done in the production while giving honest feedback, all while making us all feel comfortable with his friendly nature!With a background in hip hop and house music, and also a talented drummer and piano player, Drew was able to bring more to the table than just a guy pressing a few computer keys. We really valued his advice and he gave us as much input as we wanted.I would certainly reccommend The Lab in Clapham to anybody wanting a cool relaxed vibe (with plenty of electronic toys to play with! as well as full drum kit..) and a professional engineer who will support whatever project you are doing. We can't wait to get back in there and record more tracks. Thank you Drew for a wicked afternoon down at The Lab :)

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, unless the level of service is THAT outstanding to warrant me doing so. My experience at the Lab Studios has been nothing less than exceptional, CONSISTENTLY!Customer satisfaction is LITERALLY guaranteed, especially when it comes to the efficiency in customer service, communication, reliability, execution, promptness, delivering and consistency. However what I personally love, is the range of quality equipment within the facility, which of course enhances the quality of the works done...but more importantly, how relatable and down to earth Drew Horley is, who I hired as a producer.As an artist, you're generally very sensitive about your art and can sometimes feel very vulnerable sharing it. In order to be able to execute well, you need to be very comfortable in the space in which its shared and those within it. Drew has the ability of not only making you feel at ease and very comfortable, but LITERALLY brings out the BEST in you. I admittedly, am not the most easiest person to work with, as I'm very particular and quite finicky. However, Drew not only embraces this, but explores and exhausts every possible option to ensure I'm content and fully happy.What I truly find remarkable about Drew is his great ear. I also absolutely LOVE and admire his attention to detail, his patience, wisdom, understanding and knowledge. He is extremely thorough, and not one to cut corners, which I find VERY refreshing to say the least. More importantly, the multiple skills in which Drew hones, his diverse knowledge in music, along with his ability to play and understand various instruments, ultimately puts him at a high advantage. This makes Drew so flexible and adaptable with his ability to effectively execute any task given to him, irrespective of genre. This is just a few reasons as to why he is MY go-to AND personal favourite for 6 years and counting. There's nothing better than working with someone you love to work with, and I absolutely RELISH Drew Horley and the LAB studios.

Fantastic experience down at the Lab, a no-brainer for anyone looking for a recording studio in South London especially around Clapham/Wandsworth/Battersea. My man Drew made all the difference, super easy-going and most helpful. He's effectively built up the studio over time and so is best-placed to cater for your needs. Will def be going back as & when I'm able to !

What stood out from the Lab Studios was the feeling of having a bespoke and very professional service. Drew started with researching all my previous tracks to understand my sound and requirements. I worked with Drew to mix and master a song which is a first for me as I typically do all my mixing and mastering, being a producer and engineer. Drew was very great to work with and I was able to get the sound I was looking for from a mix of analogue and digital gear. Excellent experience.
