The first time we tried to light the fire the pilot light kept going out. Phoned the company and given clear instructions - probably air in the pipe so hold the button down for a minute or so till it cleared. Worked perfectly. Very pleased.

Eastern Gases always provide an excellent service. Deliveries are prompt-normally within 24 hours. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I use them for gas cylinders for the BBQ and outside heater. Never let me down.

Phoned on behalf of a friend who needed a PLG regulator, marked down to the price quoted on the phone was lower then actual price paid on collection!!! But still a good service.

Brilliant service. Was in and out in a little over 5 minutes. Staff very helpfull. One took payment. One took old cylinder out of car and loaded and strapped in new one by the time payment was completed. Reasonably priced too. Highly recomnend

What a great Company to deal with. I bought a patio heater with gas and cover. All in all a great price and quality product. Will recommend confidently. I put the heater together myself, which took a while but very straight forward. Its very robust and sturdy. I got it in white and it looks great in my garden. I can wheel it away when not in use. The cover is pretty good quality too, although I probably won't cover it until winter. Thanks Eastern Gases - your customer service is class 1.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to use, helpful website through to excellent and efficient delivery all in the run up to Christmas. Excellent and rapid confirmation to ensure I had exactly the right products and gas and then rapid delivery following specific instructions to the letter. not to mention and excellent product.

The whole process of purchase and delivery was extremely quick and efficient. The advantage of this place is that they sell the patio heater and a full gas tank and deliver all together. The heater does take some time and skill to assemble however so make sure you don't leave it to the last minute. When done it's robust and large, more solid than I expected. An excellent buy.

Eastern gas is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services. We get tanks for our gas BBQ delivered from them and if we happen to miss a delivery they will try their hardest to leave the tank with the neighbors. Otherwise they are always on time, handle last minute deliveries well, and are courteous and polite on the phone. The driver even showed us we were over charged on our invoice which I thought was honest and commendable as well. Looking forward to the cooler months where we will definitely be purchasing an out door heater from Eastern Gases.
