Absolute disgrace. IF you can get a signal, it wont have the strength you are paying for, nor will it last more than a few minutes. Appointments for engineers are missed without apology nor explanation. I would be very interested to see where their grant funding has been spent as it obviously hasnt gone on infrastructure or staff! Cannot wait for the new EE mast to be switched on so i can dump this shower of s!@#!

Been with them now for 2 and a half years because there's no alternative where I live . Internet goes off all the time, as I write this its off . I've been complaining about the speed drop out and was told by an engineer it was a problem on their end, yet I still pay for a service I often don't get . Also there is no fault line to call when it inevitable does go down. As soon as I can get another alternative I won't be using this service.

I was a 'customer' of Borderlink for about 2.5 years and only because there was no other alternative option available due to living rural.They don't understand the words customer service in any way whatsoever.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for anything (bar 1 person in the office who was lovely and was obviously trying her best).Constant issues (some crippling issues), that take months to fix. Chasing and chasing with no response/phone calls back/broken promises.From the point of installation I had issue after issue after issue.Dropped connections repeatedly, severe latency issues, severe packetloss issues (30%, which makes everything impossible).The MD even came round to look at the problems and said any issues, drop him an email. I did... until it got to the point where the issues were constant.I then received a nasty email from the MD stating my connection was being disconnected, because he could.Luckily it didn't come to that.If you need a reliable/stable connection for gaming or working from home (Teams/Zoom/VOIP calls), look elsewhere. Check the reviews!I finally went with Starlink which served me well (exponentially better than Borderlink).Finally moved, so I now have fibre - but please. Read reviews before going with Borderlink.

Since taken on borderline as we were passed by , by openreach to provide fibre , we took on a contract 3 times the price as normal broadband ,. Am constantly telling them our speed which should be 45 mb it constantly down at below 7 mb today again 3 mb , they avoid coming out to resolve the problem they firstly tell you it would cost to if they come out , then it's your fault , and then avodence, it's a poor company with less customer service and breaks the contract constantly on minimum broadband speed yet take my £66 a month avoid at all cost

And I am not a customer yet! Does anybody work at this company because nobody ever answers the phone. I would also like to know what the huge cash investment has been spent on when the service is so bad before you even start with them.

We've used Borderlink for our internet connection for a number of years. We are in rural Scotland (outside Kelso), and had BT's unreliable service for years, before Borderlink came along. We've found them brilliant. If ever there is a problem (which is rare) they sort it. Great that a company are servicing the harder to reach areas in the UK.

Here we go again, the last 6 weeks with an abysmal broadband connection, almost as abysmal as their customer service. DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR CLAIMED SPEEDS.
