CED Stone Landscape - Wirral Depot

I found CED Stone to be professional managed and extremely helpful in advising me with the appropriate products for my needs. They were competetively priced and delivered on their promises. I'd highly recommend!

Not a particularly good experience. Some of their bulk products are low quality and they dont always deliver within 4 days as promised. As already stated by another reviewer, their prices in person are higher sometimes than on the internet which is ridiculous. Also, trying to phone or email them is very problematic to say the least and dont bother to leave a voicemail - they wont return the call. Rather spend your money with a company which actually seems to want your custom.

They really need to get organised!Prices in the shop are dearer in most cases than on their internet site.Delivery is problematic - the first time I ordered it didn't come on the stated day -it came the next day and the pallet the block paving was sitting on collapsed as it was lifted from the truck!.The second time I ordered I was given 2 possible days; I rang up each day to see when delivery was - the first day they said it would be the next day. I rang up the next day and that said they would find out and ring back - after an hour of no contact I rang again and thay still weren't sure whether it was on its way to me or not! Fortunately it did arrive and there were no problems off loading this time.They try to be helpful in the shop with the amounts you need to order, but it is a pity you have to be on your guard as to what they are charging you. Generally seem cheaper than other suppliers whichever way.

Very friendly and efficient company. I had to make a late change for a delivery which was absolutely no trouble at all. Delievery driver was friendly and went above and beyond to put the product where we needed it. Kudos to the team, a refreshing change to see a company care about its customers, well done.

Made up with these guys- I was stressing about getting a delivery before the weekend before my holidays (which was inside the 4 working day delivery schedule) and they delivered a day earlier than I was hoping.Great prices - Great service - Great staffMany thanksDan - New Brighton

Genuinely dissapointed with the sales manager Anne.Over order of sand, Customer service and delivery usually very good. However to be verbally told on the telephone today at 14:10 that she had had enough is completey unproffesional and a poor example of customer service.
