We stayed 3 nights at Dorothy McLeod's Ruisgarry B&B and were very comfortable there! We loved waking up to the beautiful views and peacefulness of the surroundings! Dorothy was very friendly and cared about our needs. Her home is lovely! We selected breakfast from a list of choices the evening before, and she served them on time the next morning, hot and delicious in her bright, cheerful dining room, a wonderful way to start our days on the Isle of Skye! We highly recommend Ruisgarry B&B!

Amazing view from the rooms. Cosy common area and very nice part wooden interior makes it look exactly as you would imagine and hope for a genuine Scottish B&B to look like. On top of this the hosts are really kind people and they are happy to answer any question, give advice and feed you a nice big breakfast to remember. Big recommendations for both the Isle of Skye and Ruisgarry .

Clean, quiet and cozy with a lovely pastoral view to the water. Great place and price for the value, and a good location after you’ve crossed the bridge to Skye. While you can still see and easily access the main road, it is set back so it is nice and peaceful. We were traveling with our 9 year old and stayed for two nights. We had the king sized room and he had the single. Both had their own private bathrooms. As other guests mentioned, the bathrooms were the typical smaller size of what would be expected for a B&B. Everything was extremely clean and the owner was very gracious. We came in from Edinburgh, arrived late (8pm), and called ahead to let them know (as requested in the confirmation email). We were greeted warmly and our hostess called around for dinner options. Breakfast was well done. After the chaos and noise of our Edinburgh stay, this was a welcomed retreat! Also, keep an eye out for the neighbor’s Scottish Highland cow on your way into the road.

Amazing sea and mountain view from the rooms. Host is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very abundant and well prepared.

All you would want in overnight vacation accommodations. Friendly helpful staff (unless you need clean laundry), great breakfasts, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. And the extraordinary view is the piece de resistance'!
