We can’t say enough good things about David and the amazing job he did as our celebrant. With such short notice he worked wonders! We had several video calls and phone calls for him to get to know us as a couple and all of that meant the world to us. He put together a beautiful ceremony that was tasteful, elegant and even had unique traditions, that we wanted, wound within it. We had so many friends and family compliment us on the ceremony. We even got a printed copy of our ceremony delivered all the way to us in the U.S.! David knows how to make your day very special. He is fabulous! Highly, highly recommend.

We had a great feeling about David from the first conversation we had with him. David was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and responsive in the lead up to our wedding. On top of all that, he offered a very fair and competitive price for his services. David personalised our ceremony to exactly what we wanted. He was also able to guide us and inform us whenever we had questions or were unsure about what options to choose for our ceremony. Many of our guests commented on how unique, engaging and beautiful our ceremony was. We would highly recommend David to anyone for their special day.

David really took the time to get to know us and learn all about our relationship. The result of this was a beautifully personalised ceremony. He asked us lots of questions about how we wanted the ceremony to be, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for. He really made us feel at ease on the day and added humour create a light but beautiful atmosphere. His communication with us was great especially considering that we live abroad. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We didn't know much about celebrant led weddings until we found David, it was a really interesting coincidence when I came across his website as I recognised his face and realised that he was one of my teachers from secondary school several years ago! I saw this as a sign and decided he had to be the one to marry us! David was great right from the first contact, we had a meeting at our venue (my Mum's farm) and he was extremely informative (just like I remember) and everything sounded great so we booked in. A few months before the wedding we had a zoom meeting to go through our love story so that David could write a bespoke ceremony for us, which on our wedding day did not disappoint! We were completely blown away with the amount of thought that went into the beautiful words. We had many compliments throughout the day about how touching and special it was.He is fantastic at what he does and spends so much time getting to know you as a couple in order to provide a personal experience. We chose the hand fasting ritual to be performed with our daughter which was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much David x

David was brilliant, and we owe our perfect day to him. We have been told by numerous guests that it was the most personal and beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The ceremony was everything we had dreamed of and more. Unfortunately, due to covid, we could not meet up in person prior to our ceremony and instead communicated through zoom calls. David is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to create a truly personal and special ceremony with his experience and understanding, whilst also letting us take control wherever we wanted. We wanted our 3 children involved and David made sure that they were included throughout the whole ceremony while also telling our individual love story. Even when our 2 year old decided to do his own thing, David tied this into the ceremony and made sure that our guests felt fully involved as we had wished. Our love story, written by David and a complete surprise to my wife was beautiful, gathered from our calls over zoom and showed the amount of time and dedication David put into not only getting our day right, but understanding our past and what makes us who we are as people. We opted to have sand-blending, hand-fasting and tree-planting and David's idea to have tags for the guests to write notes and wishes for our future to hang on the tree was brilliant. We now have many notes that will last us a lifetime and can be looked back on to remember our day. The way that the ceremony flowed and tied together was wonderful, and is testament to the knowledge that David has surrounding the history of marriage and the many rituals from various cultures in the bringing together of two people in matrimony. He helped to make what should be a perfect day even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. If you are considering using David for any service, I would urge you to do so... you will not find a more likeable and personable person to deliver exactly what it is you are after, even if you are not quite sure exactly what you want yet! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, and that sentiment is echoed by all of our guests. Truly, the perfect celebrant.

David was absolutely incredible as our celebrant! His thoughtfulness and dedication to understanding us as a couple made our ceremony so special. He took the time to incorporate all our wishes, and our friends and family have given us so many compliments about how perfect and personal he made it. We also had to reschedule and David made it easy, which was really appreciated in a stressful situation. A heartfelt thank you for making our wedding day so memorable!

I cannot describe how amazing our ceremony was, David made it so unique and personal to us and our beautiful children, they were involved every step of the way which made it so special. Nothing was to much trouble for David and he was always at the end of the phone if you needed him. We weren’t sure what to expect when booking a wedding celebrant, we just knew we wanted a more personalised ceremony and somebody more flexible than the typical registrar. From the initial zoom meeting with David we got such a warm feeling from him and knew he was the right choice. We really enjoyed planning our ceremony with him over the months & it was a real bonus to have him helping with the ceremony music, timings, etc. We have just received a pack post-wedding containing our commemorative certificate, and the printed ceremony word for word which has been lovely to read back. David provides so much more than just the delivery of your vows and we can’t recommend him enough!
