Luke Carter from Lewis & Co was literally a breath of fresh air in our stale and stalled planning experience. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in his advice and approach. He built a reasoned, articulate planning statement to argue our case and it won approval without any real issues. He gets straight to the point, answers the phone and replies to your messages which seems like it should be the norm but it was a novelty for us.
