Brilliant service, friendly, warm staff, expert advice, reasonable prices.

Seeing the owner reply to every negative review in a dismissive rude way claiming no wrongdoing on the side of employees is possible, and even telling people they shouldn't have left a review, is rather discouraging from using the service.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Great results for our laundry. The machines are coin operated. However you can pay on card in exchange for cash at the counter.

Have a broken washing machine and needed an incredibly quick turnaround for the washing and ironing of quite a lot of smart shirts, and they were so lovely and quick. Thank you very much!

They’re small, but they have good machines, a helpful staff that also does a paid laundry, service, and dry cleaning. I am working out of town, and this place has been just perfect for me.

Extremely rude and arrogant woman served me. I gave her my name and showed her the text I'd been sent advising me to pick up my wash. She put my details into the system and said my surname wasn't in the system. After trying other names, still nothing. Eventually after a search through the washes she found my laundry under the correct surname. I went to collect the wash and as I picked it up was told it needed to be paid for. My wife had dropped the wash originally and assured me it had been paid for at that time. The elderly woman behind the counter still insisted I paid until my wife sent me a screenshot of the receipt showing it had indeed been paid for. At this point I questioned her professionalism and customer service and was sworn at and told not to come back. I wouldn't recommend this launderette to anyone and will not be returning.

We use Elements regularly for our serviced accommodation they provide a great service.

Other laundromats were quoting me between £45-£50 to wash a down jacket.I think that’s a bit too steep for an ordinary jacket.I would have understood if it was a designer jacket.Elements did a great job on my North Face Arctic Parka for only £18.I will definitely be bringing my down items here in the future for as long as I live in Sheffield.
