TfL Lost Property Office

I need urgent assistance. I forgot my bag containing my wallet, passport, airpods and other items on the Elizabeth line. This was on Sunday 17th September. I urgently need my passport to travel. Please if anyone has any leads, please let me know

I forgot my tote bag with a water flask, umbrella and makeup on Piccadilly line on 25/10/2023 at Hammersmith station. I went back to the station after apx 4hours to inquire. A very helpful assistant helped to locate my bag which I picked up from another station. Thank you TFL.

Lost iPhone 14 Pro on 14 Nov on the underground. Reported as lost and got it back today. Couldn’t be anymore happier. Very helpful and I am forever grateful to the kind person who found and handed it in.

I lost my bag in one of London's buses at the end of September 30 and was able to pick it up from the vault today 30/11. I want to assure you that it works and you have to file a claim to TFL, it's a bit long but given the amount of traffic and more lost property it's ok. Now they are in West Ham in the first divisions of the bus depot. You must book a visit and pay a £5 tax after you receive an e-mail notification that the property was found in a warehouse that indicated in the claim on the TFL website. I'm so glad I found my bag ❤️

i contacted them 3 times by an online submitted form..not once replied....so i still dont know if items had been found...i would like a reply..i do not speak so cannot ring them over the phone...to ask..please would someone reply...also..if it has a library card in there would you not notify the library or notify police to say a card has been found or a bank/post office credit card of some sort..?that then can let the person know to come collect?thank you if you reply...

I lost my bag in the black cab on 3rd Dec, and yesterday I filled out the form and try to call the service but couldn’t get in touch with them. I had my AirPods in my bag so was able to track it down, and my driver kindly dropped my bag at the office. So I was 100% sure the bag was handed to them. But their system is quite slow because they handle loads of items.I visited them today without any bookings, they were super kind and professional, trying the best to help me find my bag. It was the best experience I ever had, not sure why the reviews are very negative but if you are able to track your items, I think it will be lot easier to visit them first. Plus they moved to a new address, it looked organised and the staffs were super on it.

Hi, I left my nudie jeans in a nudie jeans bag on the circle line this morning at 1039am. Got off at Paddington and accidentally left them on the floor near back of the train. Anyone finds them. Please let me know. Thanks so much
