ABSOLUTELY love coming here, the coffee is to die for and the customer service is exceptional, especially from Hannah. I could tell my brew was made with love and not rushed.Hannah was really professional and down-to -earth, I cannot sing her praises enough, the customer service was what made me enjoy the brew more and want to come back

I just ate the worst pretzel, I have I have ever eaten in my whole entire life I literally got food poisoning and had to get a prescribed medication. Do not go here it’s disgusting that so lucky I’m not pressing charges

patronised me. terrible customer service, outragously rude. didnt get what i asked for. overall disappointed. also need to work on there packaging as was very hard to eat. got all over my clothes. you should cover the costs or my washing. be ashamed of yourself!

This place doesn't even deserve one star!! AVOID!!After a day of shopping, my partner and I went to mr pretzels hoping for a tasty warm snack and got the complete opposite. We ordered vanilla pretzel bites" and after a long wait we finally received them. They were cold

Slow service with staff seemingly more interested in conversing with each other than serving their customers, but the food is good. It's a shame my first time trying my new favourite treat has been sullied by a sour first impression.

On 25th July 2023 at 4 pm, I visited your bakery and ordered pretzels. Unfortunately, they were burnt on the outside but they still gave it to me. So I asked them for new one but thereplacement batch was uncooked in the center. Disappointed with the quality on this occasion.

I've been buying mr pretzels for number of years. Although they're quite pricey I still find myself drawn to it whenever I visit the bullring. I bought the usual two for my husband and I only only to realise they've reduced the SIZE of the pretzel BUT kept it at the same price. If you don't think that's absolute thievery I don't know what else is. If you're going to reduce the size of the pretzel let it reflect on the pricing too! I definitely won't be visiting again.

I was served by Hannah a few days ago and received THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, she really delivered service with a smile and was able to make me feel comfortable as a customer.I will definitely be returning,Hannah should be given a promotion, she makes an absolutely BANGING BREW
