Closed - Corralls

Another order, another failure to deliver my coal on the date confirmed to me by telephone. No explanation provided and again, I have to spend some considerable time chasing the order and am still without coal or any idea when I can expect it. An occasional mistake is acceptable - these things happen - but twice in a row? And this only the second order I've placed with them! Oddly enough, they have no difficulty 'taking delivery' of my money.

If I could give a 0 I would! Terrible service now! I don't know what they have done to this company but it's a huge failure now with no regard for customers any more! I placed an order and paid for 5 bags of Red House Coal and then had to chase my delivery date, where I was informed that it wouldn't be for another week. Where on the delivery afternoon I got a phone call early afternoon to say that the Driver had got caught in traffic so couldn't deliver to me for another 3 DAYS! WOW! So I asked for a refund and found another local company to purchase my coal off - who delivered to me the following day (no charge and no fuss!)A week later I still had to chase up my REFUND - where I was informed that they hadn't even put it through as they had been 'too busy': DISGUSTING SERVICE. DO NOT USE.

It is what it is, a coal merchants.That's it really.
