We got there in the end. If it’s speed or communication you’re after, I would go somewhere else.Things only got moving once Helen stepped in for which I’m thankful (hence 3 star and not 1).They all seem to work part time, so every email bounces back with an out of office.

Terrible experience when buying a house, they nearly broke the chain. Never answer phones! Reply to emails after you send 100. They don’t care about the law or legislation, they create their own rules. Was told the house was unmarketable and only for cash buyers. Interesting when other solicitor could complete the case with no issue.AVOID AT ANY COST !
