Worst Greggs for delivery riders. They take more than 15 mins on every order. Mean when you go they start making order. I talked to manager, she says their justeat system is not right. They should call rider when the food is ready. We wait for order all day long. You think we will come after 15 mins. We can come maximum in 5 mins. I’m expecting a reply.

I was told if I bought 4 Tottenham cakes in package the icing wouldn't get stuck to the bag, but wouldn't be any discount by buying four. So I opted for three. She took them out the plastic package and put them in paper bags, so the icing stuck to the bag making them unfit to eat. Why did she not have the commn sense to take one out package and leave three in there rather than putting in bags. Will not be using this store again!!!!!

Always use the app! if you pre order 30 minutes ahead and go straight to the counter they always have a nice hot pasty and a latte waiting, Best place lovely staff always so happy and helpful.

Ordered through Uber eats this morning. Been waiting for 1hr and 10mins so far. Tried calling them and no answer. Messaged driver to ask them if everything is ok and how long they think it will be and their response to him was “it will be done when it is done”. Great customer service that! Won’t be ordering from here again.

Dont rely on this Greggs, it has a reputation for being closed when its supposed to be open, this morning and last friday morning for example. These unfortunately are not isolated cases.

It's usually quite good here. I only had 2 issues in the past with purple bits in the sausage roll about 2 years ago, most recently under baked pastry on the sausage roll.

The lady who served me gave me a bread roll which had been sitting out for a while. It was stale and generally unhygienic. When I asked for it to be warmed at least she told me it wasn’t possible.
