Black Rock Adventure

We had a brilliant time when we rented the jeep for a weekend in July. The car was amazing fun to drive and had everything we needed, we literally just turned up with our clothes for the weekend! The attention to detail is impressive - the car has everything you need. Communication from the start was fantastic from finding dates that worked to planning the trip, the team at Black Rock were incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and will be booking again.

An amazing adventure on the Yorkshire, facilitated by a liable experienced guide as Tom. He planned everything for us paying attention at every details.We enjoyed the jeep and all the equipment Tom prepared for us!It was like a house packed in a jeep!Absolutely reccomended it!

Had a fantastic family weekend, wild camping, driving off road on 12 miles of the Kielder forest drive and wild swimming following a route planned by Tom. These vehicles are awesome and fitted out with excellent quality kit. The attention to detail is second to none as we were going to Scotland there was even midge spray - that really worked! No hesitation in recommending these guys, its a brilliant concept executed perfectly

We have just returned from a full week away in the Scottish Highlands with Maverick and we can't wait for our next adventure with Blackrock already! The handover with Tom, the owner, was fantastic, and we really got to know the kit which was needed as there's so much excellent gear. We added on the paddleboard and dry robe and spent most of our time paddling and wild swimming all around the west coast of Scotland. The jeep had everything we could possibly need, including a shower, toilet, speciality coffee, cafetiere, jet boil and cooking facilities, blankets, chairs, firepit, fridge, cutlery, table, pillows, fairy lights and even a solar powered Jackery to keep us totally off grid all week. This isn't your average adventure, it's proper over landing with a bit luxury. We can't wait to book again! Thank you Tom, Alex and everyone at Blackrock Adventures.

We have just come back from our first Black Rock Adventure trip. We took Chase the Jeep Sahara up to Northumberland and across the Scottish border. Tom planned us a bespoke route which built in a number of interesting stops and was really hands on in tailoring the trip to make sure we got the maximum enjoyment out of the weekend. The Jeep is kitted out with amazing high quality accessories and gear, which makes the experience all the more special, there is nothing that has not been thought about and it shows.We absolutely loved our weekend away and we will be booking this trip again in the near future and would highly recommend Black Rock Adventure and the team.

Thoroughly recommend. We had a great short break in North Yorkshire in the family-and-dog-friendly Jeep - yes, the mud on it is real. Camper is comfortable for 3 at least, and it comes with some great toys, erm, I mean serious camping equipment. Tom at Blackrock Adventure was super-helpful with advice on routes and campsites.
