Excellent service when we hired a scooter during our stay at Center Parcs. They supplied a much more sturdy bit of kit than those available on site. Great communication and reliable delivery and collection. Very pleasant people to deal with.

We booked a Center Parcs, Elveden holiday at the the last minute, only to discover they had no mobility options left to book for my parents. We saw another review saying that KSP had helped someone out by hiring scooters and delivering them to Center Parcs. We weren't disappointed! Quick, reliable, helpful and made it very easy for my parents. They got so much more out of the holiday as a result. Thank you!

We recently purchased a bootable mobility scooter from KSP Mobility at Fengate Drove, Weeting. The staff were excellent, very helpful and easy to understand how to break down and put together the scooter. We bought this at a very reasonable price and my wife is now happily and contentedly using it. The staff helped us with insurance for this and were very reassuring regarding our purchase. We would, without hesitation, thoroughly recommend them. If you wish to see their range give them a visit.

First class service. Needed a wheelchair looked at quickly as without it mum was room bound in her care home. Dropped off and sorted in one day. Cannot fault anything. Lovely people to deal with and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

i brought a mobility scooter for my dad ,what a excellent service they spent a lot of time with us showing how to put it together and take it apart ,and there not pushy ,u can look round at ease, and the helps there if u need it, such a nice family run buisiness at good prices ,so if u want anything in the disability line there the people to see. its always a pleasure to support a good family run buisiness

Dealing with disablement can often be difficult but KSP made the whole experience simple and responded to my requests instantly, offering advice and suggestions which were most helpful. Communication with this family run business was excellent making our transaction very pleasant indeed.

My dad’s mobility scooter recently stopped working. We assumed the batteries had expired so had to find replacements quickly as he relies on it for getting out and about. Following a call to KSP they promptly came round and fitted new ones. They also identified another issue so took his scooter to their workshop, repaired it and returned it the following day. He’s now back up and mobile thanks to the prompt service from KSP. Dad wanted me to express his gratitude both for the service provided and the friendly staff that made him feel at ease throughout the process. Thank you.

We visited KSP Mobility in Brandon today after a lot of research. They didn't let us down! A lovely family run business. Not pushy at all. Answered all of our questions and couldn't be more helpful. They even delivered my mum's new mobility scooter the same day and all of us couldn't be more happier as it's given my mum her independence back. Would highly recommend KSP Mobility!
