This is a family run funeral directors and we were treated like family when my daughter passed away. Nothing was too much trouble, she was looked after from the time she arrived until after the funeral had taken place. Completely sympathetic to our feelings and requests. We were kept informed every step of the way and had everything we asked for for her funeral. Amazing people giving an amazing service. My daughters funeral was beautiful, if a funeral can be beautiful. We had everything we requested and it was all dealt with by them so it was less traumatic for us. I cannot praise them highly enough, wonderful genuine people showing us immense sympathy and dealing with everything for us. A family business and it really shows. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and Amy's final journey.

We lost mum and dad within the last few years and were absolutely lost until Bwtrimawr and Rhodri helped us through everything that we needed to do. Despite our fears, everything was organised in such a sensitive and totally supportive way. The company are absolutely committed to helping people through the most difficult of times. A lovely, genuine family business. We really could not have wished for better. The staff are so compassionate and caring. They made a very heartbreaking day so much easier for us. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Very late review here but must needed.They provided their services nearly 2 years ago and from the initial meeting right through to the funeral was excellent and warming. They are compationate and made sure that everything was led by us as the family. I would highly recommend them to anybody,you won't get a better service.
