Castle Carpets Morpeth

We've had work done by Castle carpets, I would like to send a special thank you to Jason and Stu, who worked so hard to such a high standard. I hope their bosses realise what they have with those two. Our home is beautiful, we are so happy with their work. Paul I think a Christmas bonus is long overdue.

I'm leaving this review prior to the completion of the fitting. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I have been made to feel like an extremely valued customer. I have to admit I've created a few problems due to my own time scales. Every time I've I've thrown a bit of a curveball due to my own workload and schedule Adam and his team of fitters and Anne in the showroom (coopies lane industrial estate)have done everything in their power to accommodate me they're still working their socks off to get things done in time for me to move in this week, I can't really thank them enough and I would certainly recommend Castle Carpets to anyone who is considering a refresh or moving into a new home. They really are a first class outfit A+++. I will, of course, update this post with photos upon completion

Thank you to Paul and his team for doing a fabulous job on fitting my carpet and wood flooring in my home, from start to finish you guys where absolutely amazing and I will most definitely be getting you back to do the rest of my home next year.

Very helpful staff, good value too

Laid my Amtico flooring in Oct 2015, just had fireplace & hearth taken out. Contacted Ann-Marie who said they can't promise exact match which I understood. Guys came over two days and job is absolutely brilliant, couldn't ask for better, big thank you

Customer service is very very poor and for the price what we paid, I was expecting more luxury but Instead Frank's Flooring would've been better.It's a shame as we would prefer to shop with small businesses but this is a lesson learnt.
