Misdiagnosed and given cheap alternative medication which is useless and does not work to ‘save money’ but does nothing for ongoing medical conditions.

Absolutely useless. Disorganised website and staff. Takes days to get a reply from them and generally very unhelpful when they do. No forms have been properly digitised, meaning you have to go to the GP instead. Not so great during a pandemic... The irony..

Most doctors here are awful misdiagnose people and most importantly the way some doctors speak to their patients is disgraceful and deny afterwards blaming the patient for being rude not to mention kicking you out the door before you even sit down that's if your lucky enough to even get a face to face appointment

Reception speak to you (or should I say down to you) in a rude, unfriendly and unhelpful manner. The practice has definitely changed and not for the better.

Shocking practice. Having to send in what's wrong via pictures only to be misdiagnosed or completely ignored because pictures never do justice. Sat in agony over a poor decision until morning now. Class service as always

Call your self a helth centre when we can get in to see a dr when in buckie u can walk in all the staff in front should be out of job

Had a booked appointment for my child at 3.50. Told to wait outside, someone will come and get you. Rang buzzer again at 4.15. Told not long now. Child already ill getting cold. A man rang the buzzer at 4.20, had an appointment at 4.10 and got let in. When asked again about our appointment got told not long now". Left at 4.30. Gave up."
